There is no shipping or handling charges for an E-book. For sales tax purposes, E-books are considered to be shipped to your billing address. Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
Digital products are not returnable. E-books may be opened with Adobe Reader 5.5+. If you have trouble opening your E-book, you may need to uprgade your version of Adobe Reader. It can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website.
